Product Warranty
The batteries in our store are covered under 6~12 month warranty (depending on the battery model) from your date of purchase either by original manufacture or BatterySuperDeal store. Please check individual product page for more info.
Before returning a product to store, make sure to contact us and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA #) first. Please write the RMA # on return shipping label, and include a copy of order confirmation when you return the product. Customer ship the product pre-paid to store, and we will pay shipping to send the replacement battery back to customer.
Please be advised that it is common for a rechargeable battery to loose about 20% of its power after 1 year of use. This ware and tear is normal and not covered by warranty. Warranty will be void if the battery package has been opened, altered or modified; or the battery label was changed/removed.
Above warranty does cover the battery that is properly used, nor the appliance that the battery is used with. Our maximum liability is purchase price of the battery.
